These are the rules for using Kisahly, meaning this website and Overlays & HUD. They're written in plain words. By logging in or using the tools you agree to them. Clutch, the Discord Scheduler, is a separate app with its own Terms.

Who runs this, and why

Kisahly and Clutch were made by one developer, Sabotazh, out of a wish to help streamers. There are no ads and no paid plans, nobody's data is sold, and the tools aren't run for profit. Donations are an optional thank-you and never required.

The tools are run for free by one person. If the developer can't keep running them for free at any point, they will be closed down and all stored data will be deleted.

Using Overlays & HUD

• You log in with your own Twitch account and you're responsible for what you do with it.
• Each overlay has a link. Anyone who has the link can see that overlay, so share it only where you mean to.
• Please don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harm anyone.
• Your overlay settings are yours. You can delete them, and your whole account, at any time from the dashboard.

Rank HUD and third-party data

Follower and subscriber counts come from Twitch. Valorant ranks come from an unofficial community API, so they can be late, wrong or unavailable. Kisahly isn't endorsed by Riot Games and isn't affiliated with Twitch or Discord.

No promises

The tools are provided as they are. We do our best, but we can't promise they'll always be available, accurate or free of bugs, and features can change or be removed at any time. You use them at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for losses that come from using them.

Ending access

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. Access can be removed for anyone who abuses the service.

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change too.
