Kisahly makes small tools for streamers. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep and why. The short version: we keep only what the tools need to work, we don't run ads or trackers, and we never sell data.

Who runs this, and why

Kisahly and Clutch were made by one developer, Sabotazh, out of a wish to help streamers. There are no ads and no paid plans, nobody's data is sold, and the tools aren't run for profit. Donations are an optional thank-you and never required.

The tools are run for free by one person. If the developer can't keep running them for free at any point, they will be closed down and all stored data will be deleted.

Overlays & HUD

When you log in with Twitch, we ask only for read-only access to your follower count. If you later make a Sub goal, we ask separately for permission to read your subscriber count, and we never ask for it otherwise. We store:

• Your Twitch user ID, username, display name and profile picture.
• The access and refresh tokens Twitch gives us, so your overlays can keep updating while you stream. These are read-only. They cannot post, chat, follow or change anything on your channel.
• The overlays you create: their names, goals, labels, colors and options. For a Rank HUD, this includes the Riot name, tag and region you enter.
• A login cookie that keeps you signed in on your browser.
• When each overlay last checked in, so we can show an anonymous "streamers live right now" count on the homepage. Only the total is ever shown.

Encrypted storage

Everything we keep for Overlays & HUD is encrypted before it is written to the database (AES-256-GCM), and the identifiers used to find it, such as your Twitch ID, are stored as hashes instead of plain text. The encryption key is kept in the server's secret settings, separate from the database. So a copy or leak of the database on its own is unreadable.

To keep your overlays updating, our servers do decrypt your data while they run. This is protection for stored data, not a promise that nobody could ever reach it. Clutch's saved templates are encrypted in the same way. Clutch is covered by its own policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or share your data.
• We don't show ads, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
• We don't read your chat, your messages or your other Twitch data.

Who else is involved

• Twitch handles the login and provides your follower and subscriber counts.
• Vercel hosts the site, and Turso stores the data described above.
• HenrikDev, a community Valorant API, receives the Riot name, tag and region from a Rank HUD to look up your rank. It's unofficial, and Kisahly isn't endorsed by Riot Games.
• Throne is where the Donate button leads. It's an external site with its own policies.

Deleting your data

Open Overlays & HUD, scroll to the bottom and choose "Delete my account and all data". This removes your account, your overlays and our stored Twitch access, and revokes that access on Twitch. You can also revoke Kisahly at any time from your Twitch connections settings.

Discord Scheduler (Clutch)

Clutch is a separate app at clutch.kisahly.com, and it's a verified Discord app. It has its own Discord login and its own Privacy Policy, which is the one that applies to it. In short:

• Messages you send through Clutch are never logged or stored.
• If you choose "Save as template", that template is stored encrypted in a database, tied to your Discord server, until you delete it. "Delete all data for this server" in Clutch removes all of them at once.
• Your Discord login details are used once to confirm you're an admin, then kept only in a signed session cookie that expires after 12 hours.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
